The name “Amoré,” meaning “love” in Italian, reflects our connection to Italian culinary traditions and culture. General Manager Brandon Pavey
General Manager Brandon Pavey took a nontraditional path into hospitality, transitioning from the Indiana Army National Guard and a degree in Energy Technology to pursue his passion for restaurants. A Fremont native, he built his career from the ground up and now leads daily operations at Amoré, focusing on team development and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience.
Executive Chef Kyle Mares
Executive Chef Kyle Mares brings global culinary experience to Amoré’s Italian, steak, and seafood menu in Fort Wayne. A Johnson & Wales graduate, he trained under Chef Michael Chiarello in Napa Valley and developed his style through years of international travel. Inspired by Midwest ingredients and Italian tradition, Kyle creates elevated, locally driven dishes rooted in passion and family influence.
